Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 02-21-23 and ABC-253 dated 02-21-23.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 02-21-23 and ABC-253 dated 02-21-23.

Petitioner(s) shall police the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons about the premises as depicted on ABC-253, dated 02-21-23.

The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 8:00AM and 12:00AM midnight, Sunday through Thursday and 8:00AM to 2:00AM, Friday and Saturday.
