Prior Penalty Fee Schedule

The fee schedule below reflects the prior fees for 2022. If full payment of annual fees was not received or postmarked by the payment deadline, the following penalties were imposed. The annual fees noted below include all applicable surcharges (Except for Type 67 and 80. The surcharge amount for these license types is dependent on the number of rooms involved and will add an additional $5 or $10 to the total annual fee).
