Penalty Fee Schedule

License renewal notices are sent annually to all licensees to communicate the annual fees that must be paid to keep their license active for the following year. If full payment is not received or postmarked by the payment deadline, the following penalties are imposed. The annual fees noted below include all applicable surcharges (except for Type 67 and 80, the surcharge amount for these license types is dependent on the number of rooms involved and will add an additional $5 or $10 to the total annual fee).
