Proposed Adoptions to Title 4: Section 55.5

Update to Final Statement of Reasons

Two non-substantive changes to correct a typo and citation omission have been made within the regulatory text.

1. In section 55.5 (i)(1)(A) replaced the cross-referenced section to 55.5(j)(1) with 55.5 (i)(1).
2. Added BPC section 23958 to the reference citations at the end of the text.
