ABC Posts Revocation at Cheap Corner Liquor in Bellflower

Crack Down on Multiple Sales of Alcoholic Beverages to Minors, Possession of Slot Machines and Receiving Purportedly Stolen Property

Bellflower – On November 25, 2019, The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) posted a revocation notice at an ABC licensed premises operating under the name of Cheap Corner Liquor, located at 14312 Bellflower Boulevard, in the City of Bellflower.  Effective immediately, the business is prohibited from selling alcoholic beverages.

Undercover ABC Agents visited the location numerous times during an investigation and discovered three separates sales of alcoholic beverages to minors, and violations involving the possession of illegal gambling machines and receiving purportedly stolen property.

ABC encourages licensees to sign up for ABC’s Licensee Education on Alcohol and Drugs (LEAD) training free of charge. Licensees and their employees can now take the training online at our Online LEAD page. They can also sign up for training in person in a classroom setting.
