Dear Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control,

Attached, please find a letter detailing some of our comments and concerns over the proposed
rulemaking for an RBS curriculum. I recognize that the current request for comment applies only to a
technical change, but, as the curriculum certification process proceeds, we hope these comments
will help guide the most impactful possible training package.
