The Department will be implementing a new feature to the Online Beer Price Posting system called the Price Posting Scheduling Tool which will allow users to schedule a price posting bulk upload in advance of the desired filing date. The Price Posting Scheduling Tool will give users the ability to upload a file to a staging area and select the date they want the file to be added to the system. This new functionality has been requested by licensees so that prices can be posted on days when employees are generally out of the office, such as weekends and holidays. For more information about how the Price Posting Scheduling Tool works, please see the FAQ on the Beer Price Posting page of the Department’s website. It is recommended that users of the Online Beer Price Posting system view the tutorial videos on how to use the Price Posting Scheduling Tool prior to utilizing this new feature.

Important Notice: The Price Posting Scheduling Tool should be used at your own risk. If the uploaded file fails to update posted prices for any reason, it cannot be corrected. If such a failure occurs, the prices indicated in the uploaded file will not be in effect and beer must be sold at then-existing posted prices. The Department has no ability or authority to add, edit, or delete posted prices and thus cannot make any corrections should such a failure occur.
