On September 19, 2025, the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control mailed the modified text of the regulations along with a notice of the public comment period to those persons specified in subsections (a)(1) through (4) of Section 44 of Title 1 of the CCR. The public comment period for the modified text was from September 19, 2025, through October 6, 2025.
