The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control complied with the provisions of Government Code section 11346.4, subdivision (a)(1) through (4), regarding the mailing of the Notice of Proposed Regulatory Action. The Notice was mailed on June 13, 2025, over 45 days prior to the close of the public comment period on July 29, 2025.
