Statement of 5-Day Notice of Intention to Propose Emergency Regulation

Section 141.1 of Title 4 of the California Code of Regulations

On May 20, 2020, the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control mailed and posted to its website the Notice of Proposed Emergency Rulemaking, including the express finding and factual basis of the emergency and the proposed text to be adopted. The document package was sent to those persons specified in subsections (a) (1) through (4) of Section 44 of Title 1 of the California Code of Regulations.
