A. Fiscal Effect on Local Government
No fiscal impact exists. This regulation does not affect any local entity or program.
B. Fiscal Effect on State Government
- Additional expenditures in the current State Fiscal Year

- It is anticipated that State agencies will:
- Absorb these additional costs within their existing budgets and resources.

- The only impact is if an emergency decision is appealed to the Superior Court and the Department will need to pay for Deputy Attorney General Representation, estimated once or twice a year.

No fiscal impact exits. This regulation does not affect any federally funded State agency or program.
