A. Fiscal Effect on Local Government

No fiscal impact exists. This regulation does not affect any local entity or program.

B. Fiscal Effect on State Government

Although there is the potential for some funds reverting the the ABC fund, it is not anticipated to be more than deminimus amounts as the ABC anticipates most refunds being claimed and not abandoned.

C. Fiscal Effect on Federal Funding of State Programs

No fiscal impact exits. This regulation does not affect any federally funded State agency or program.
