Operating Restrictions:

The premises shall be maintained as a bona fide food restaurant and shall provide a menu containing an assortment of foods normally offered in such restaurants.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 6/20/2024.

There shall be no pool tables, amusement machines or video game devices in the premises at any time.

The boundaries of this patio will clearly defined and designated by physical barriers to separate it from the public sidewalk and adjacent private property which is not under the exclusive control of the licensee(s). These barriers and boundaries, as approved and designated on the ABC-257 dated 6/20/2024, shall not be changed without prior approval of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on patio, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.
