Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall only be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 A.M.and 9:30 P.M. Sunday through Thursday and 10:00 A.M. and 10:00 P.M. Friday and Saturday.

There shall be no live entertainment, amplified music, or dancing permitted on the premises at any time.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 03-21-24 and ABC-253 dated 03-21-24.

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on patios, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 03-21-24, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

The licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will be present in the patios, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 03-21-24 at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed.

No pool or billiard tables may be maintained on the premises at any time.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 03-21-24 and ABC-253 dated 03-21-24.
