Operating Restrictions:

(a) There is maintained upon the drive-in premises a building or other suitable enclosed structure to be licensed as provided in Section 24040 of the Act, and all sales of alcoholic beverages shall be made from within the licensed enclosure. (b) No alcoholic beverages shall be sold to any person while such person is in a motor vehicle. (c) No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any portion of the licensed premises or any portion adjacent thereto which is under the control of the licensee.

Sales of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. each day of the week.

The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of persons on or about the parking lot, 24 hours a day, without unreasonably illuminating the window area of nearby residences.

The petitioner shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which it has control, and an adequate number of litter receptacles shall be provided on petitioner's property at all times.

The petitioner shall arrange for and have the existing telephone booth permanently removed from the premises property.

"No loitering" signs shall be installed and strictly enforced by the petitioner and its employees during hours of operation.
