Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM each day of the week.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated (date) and ABC-253 dated (date).

No pool or billiard tables may be maintained on the premises.

There shall be no amusement machines or video game devices in the premises at any time.

There shall be no patron dancing allowed on the premises at any time.

There shall be no live entertainment permitted on the premises at any time.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 3/3/2023 and ABC-253 dated 3/3/2023.

The premises shall be maintained as a bona fide restaurant and shall provide a menu containing an assortment of foods. The licensee shall prepare to serve the foods listed on the menu at all times during the hours which the premises is open for business.
