Operating Restrictions:

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for keeping the area adjacent to the premises over which the licensee has control and the off-street parking area free of litter.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s).

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s).

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited with the exception of the privileges of Section 23396.5 of the Business and Professions Code.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license nor operated as a public premises.

Customers and the general public must be informed that the primary business of the establishment is the sale of food, which shall include but not limited to, providing each customer with a menu posting signs on the premises and advertising the food service.

The premises shall be furnished with tables and chairs at which food may be comfortably consumed and with all cutlery, condiments and linen with which an eating establishment is customarily equipped.
