The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records, which reflect separately the gross sales of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 72 hours of being applied.

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on patio areas, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.

When patio # 1 and patio # 2 of the premises, as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257, is being utilized for the sale, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages, it shall be equipped with a video camera so staff members may continuously monitor said patio areas.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patio # 1, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height

When the private dining area of the premises, as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257, is being utilized for the sale, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages, it shall be equipped with a video camera so staff members may continuously monitor said private dining area
