Any violation(s) of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act occurring in the joint licensed area constituting grounds for suspension or revocation of a license shall be deemed to be the act and responsibility of all petitioner(s) therein.

Only alcoholic beverages produced by or for petitioner(s) under the provisions of the above referenced license may be dispensed or sold at retail from the joint licensed area.

Petitioner(s) shall maintain separate, detailed records of all retail sales made by petitioner(s) from the joint licensed area. Said books and records shall be maintained at the joint licensed area and be available for inspection during the hours of operation of the joint licensed area.

The licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will be present in or on the patio/terrace/other area at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed.

The licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will monitor the self-service pouring or dispensing area at all times that alcoholic beverages are being sold, served, or consumed.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at each entrance/exit point of said licensed premises, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”) and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.
