Operating Restrictions:
Full and complete meals must be offered and made available at all times the premises is exercising the privileges of its alcoholic beverage license, with the exception of the last ½ hour of operation each day.
Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of (10:00AM and 12:00AM Midnight) each day of the week.
Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.
No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.
The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.
Petitioner(s) shall actively monitor the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons on any property adjacent to the licensed premises as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-253.
Sales and service of alcoholic beverages on said patio/terrace/other area (Patio 1 and Patio 2) shall be restricted to waiter/waitress service and only to patrons seated at a table.
When the said patio/terrace/other area (Patio 1 and Patio 2) of the premises is being utilized for the sales, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages, a premises employee shall be in attendance and maintain continuous supervision at all times of said area.
Said patio/terrace/other area (Patio 2) shall be fully enclosed with a fixed barrier.
When the said patio/terrace/other area (Patio 1) is being utilized for the sales, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages, the barrier/fencing/railing shall be in place at the boundary location approved on the most recently certified ABC 257.
No patron will be permitted to carry an alcoholic beverage from interior portion of the premises to said patio/terrace/other area (Patio 1 and Patio 2), nor from said patio/terrace/other area (Patio 1 and Patio 2) to the interior portion of the premises.
A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patio/terrace/other area (Patio 1 and Patio 2), which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.
