Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m., each day of the week.

There shall be no pool tables or coin operated games maintained upon the premises at any time.

There shall be no dancing permitted on the premises at any time.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 06-22-21 and ABC-253 dated 06-22-21.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license nor operated as a public premises.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 06-22-21 and ABC-253 dated 06-22-21.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 06-22-21 and ABC-253 dated 06-22-21.

The applicant shall post signs, in compliance with sectons 41.27(e) L.A.M.C. on the outside of the premises notifying the public of the provisions of Section 41.27(d) L.A.M.C., in both English and Spanish as follows: "It is a violation of 41.47 (d) L.A.M.C. to possess any bottle, can or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverage, which has been opened, or a seal broken, or the contents of which have been partially removed, on or adjacent to these premises."

No employee or agent shall solicit or accept any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage from any customer while in the premises.

No employee or agent shall be permitted to accept money or any other thing of value from a customer for the purpose of sitting or otherwise spending time with customers while in the premises, nor shall the licensee(s) provide or permit, or make available either gratuitous or for compensation, male or female persons who act as escorts, companions, or guests of and for the customers.

Distilled spirits shall be sold by the individual drink only. Sale of distilled spirits by the bottle in prohibited.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 48 hours of being applied.

"No loitering" signs shall be posted on any property adjacent to the licensed premises, under the control of the licensee. Such signs shall measure no less 7" x 11" and the lettering shall be no less than 1" in height.
