Entertainment provided shall not be audible on the exterior of the premises at any time.
A single jukebox or stereo may be maintained upon the premises, however, the music shall not be audible outside the premises.
Live music or entertainment shall not be audible outside the premises.
Dancing, pool/billiard tables and games of skill are prohibited at all times unless the appropriate permits are obtained from the Sacramento County Department of Finance, Licensing Department, and a use permit is approved by the Sacramento County Planning Department. Both aforementioned permits, if obtained shall be kept with the ABC license and made readily available for inspection/verification purposes by any Peace Officer, or any inspector or employee of the two respective County Departments in the performance of their duties. Failure to have such permits readily available or inspection/verification purposes shall constitute a violation of this condition.
There shall be no topless or nude dancing permitted on the premises at any time.
All doors shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergencies and to permit deliveries.
The hours of operation shall not exceed 10:00 a.m to 2:00 a.m.
Petitioner(s) shall regularly police the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons about the premises.
The petitioner shall post (2) prominent and permanent signs stating, "NO LOITERING IS ALLOWED ON OR IN FRONT OF THESES PREMISES," and, "THE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN THE PARKING LOT OR ADJACENT TO THIS PREMISES IS PROHIBITED." One (1) sign shall be posted near the side doorway and one (1) sign shall be posted at the front of the premises. The signs shall be no smaller than 18" by 24 " in size, with block lettering no small than 2 1/2 " per letter.
The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter and graffiti, the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, including the parking lot.
No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s).
The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.
