Operating Restrictions:

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records, which reflect separately the gross sales of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

Any violation of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act occurring at areas outside the licensed premises, as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253, constituting grounds for suspension or revocation o the license shall be deemed to be the act and responsibility of all licensees therein licensed within the premises.

Petitioner(s) that licensed within the "Haven City Market" are responsible for ensuring signs are posted in a prominent place at each location so marked on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 stating: "NO OPEN CONTAINERS OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT

Petitioner(s) will only serve their alcoholic beverages in containers which shall significantly differ in appearance from those containers utilized by any other licensees located in the "Haven City Market". Said containers must display the name of the licensee's business.

Petitioner(s) agree to serve its alcoholic beverages in containers clearly distinguishable from non-alcoholic beverage containers.

When alcoholic beverages are being sold, served or consumed employees or security personnel shall be assigned the responsibility of supervising the licensed premises as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 dated 02/09/21 and ABC-253 dated 02/09/21. The petitioner shall be held accountable for any violations that occur in these areas.

Employees or security personnel hired by the landlord or management of the premises currently known as "Haven City Market" shall be deemed agents of the licensee. Employees of all licenses therein shall be deemed agents of the petitioners.

The petitioners or its agents shall provide a minimum of four (4) uniformed security guards to regularly monitor the indoor and outdoor licensed premises and outdoor parking lots as depicted by the most recently certified ABC-257 dated 02/09/21 and ABC-253 dated 02/09/21.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the petitioner(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

No outside alcoholic beverages shall be allowed to be brought into the "Haven City Market" as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-253 by the public.
