Operating Restrictions:

The two front and one side door(s) shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergency and to permit deliveries.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee.

The sale of beer and wine for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

No employee or agent shall be permitted to accept money or any other thing of value from a customer for the purpose of sitting or otherwise spending time with customers while in the premises, nor shall the licensee(s) provide or permit, or make available either gratuitous or for compensation, male or female persons who act as escorts, companions, or guests of and for the customers.

Between the hours of 8:00 pm and premises closing or at any time the premises are providing live entertainment, the petitioner(s) shall provide a uniformed security guard in the parking lot and/or premises and shall maintain order therein and prevent any activity which would interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property by nearby residents or the surrounding community. The licensed uniform security guard must be licensed by the State of California, Department of Consumer Affairs.

The parking lot and entrance(s) of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.
