Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. each day of the week.

The licensee(s) shall make actual and substantial sales of meals to guests for compensation and the quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the gross sales of meals during the same period.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license.

The sale of distilled spirits for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

Live amplified entertainment shall not be permitted on the patio area.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee.

The boundaries of the patio area will be clearly defined and designated by physical barriers to separate it from the public sidewalk and adjacent public property which is not under the exclusive control of the licensee. These barriers and boundaries, as approved and designated on the ABC-257 (Diagram of Licensed Premises), shall not be changed without prior approval of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

The licensee or an employee of the licensee will be monitor the patio area, at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed, to ensure that the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, State Statute, County or City Ordinances are not violated upon this portion of the licensed premises.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee.

Petitioner(s) shall regularly monitor the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons about the premises.

The Petitioner shall not sell, furnish, or permit consumption of alcoholic beverages in the licensed premises between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the same day.
