Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in the patio area only between the hours of 10:00 am and 11:00 pm, each day of the week.
The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.
The premises shall be maintained as a bona fide food restaurant and shall provide a menu containing an assortment of foods normally offered in such restaurants.
The premises shall not be utilized as a "banquet hall" establishment or as a "tavern".
Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 01-16-2020.
There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages.
No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 01-16-2020 and ABC-253 dated 01-16-2020.
No pool or billiard tables may be maintained on the premises.
Loitering is prohibited on or around these premises or this area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 01-16-2020 and ABC-253 dated 01-16-2020.
No speaker systems shall be installed outside the building.
The front and back door(s) shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergency and to permit deliveries.
The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.
