Operating Restrictions:

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control.

Loitering (loitering is defined as "to stand idly about; linger aimlessly without lawful business") is prohibited on or around these premises or this area under the control of the licensee(s).

No noise shall be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee.

There shall be no coin-operated video amusement devices on the premises.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. (midnight) each day of the week.

The licensee shall comply with the provisions of Section 23038 of the Business and Professions Code and acknowledges that incidental, sporadic, or infrequent sales of meals or a mere offering of meals without actual sales shall not be deemed sufficient to consider the premises in compliance with the aforementioned code section.

During normal meal hours the premises shall be designed and used for and must possess the necessary utensils, table service, and condiment dispensers with which to serve meals to the public.

The monthly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a monthly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

No pool or billiard tables may be maintained on the premises.

There shall be no entertainment permitted on the premises at any time.
