Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted Monday through Thursday from 11:00 am to Midnight; Fridays from 11:00 am to 1:00 am, Saturdays from 9:00 to 1:00 am Sundays from 9:00 am to Midnight.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license nor operated as a public premises.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

There shall be no amusement machines or video game devices permitted on the premises at any time.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

No “happy hour” type of reduced price alcoholic beverage promotion shall be allowed.

The premises shall be maintained as a bona fide food restaurant and shall provide a menu containing an assortment of foods normally offered in such restaurants.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 11-13-2019.

There shall be no live entertainment or dancing permitted on the premises at any time.

The door(s) shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergency and to permit deliveries. Said door(s) not to consist solely of a screen or ventilated security door.

There shall be no bar maintained in the premises at which patrons may obtain and/or consume alcoholic beverages.
