Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in or on the patio area only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to midnight. Monday through Thursday and 7:00 a.m. to 1:00am Friday through Sunday.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is prohibited.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

Petitioner(s) shall actively monitor the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons on any property adjacent to the licensed premises as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-253.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

The rear door(s) shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergency and to permit deliveries. Said door(s) not to consist solely of a screen or ventilated security door.

There shall be no amplified music or other entertainment permitted in or on the patio at any time. For purposes of this condition, “amplified” shall mean the use of any electric, electronic, or other powered device that may be used or manipulated to control the volume of music or other entertainment.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the exit point(s) of said patio area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.

There shall be no dancing permitted on the premises at any time.
