The premises shall be maintained as a bona fide food restaurant and shall provide a menu containing an assortment of foods normally offered in such restaurants.
Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 10/22/2019.
No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 10/22/2019 and ABC-253 dated 09/25/2019.
Loitering is prohibited on or around these premises or this area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 10/22/2019 and ABC-253 dated 09/25/2019.
The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 10/22/2019 and ABC-253 dated 09/25/2019.
The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.
The petitioner(s) shall post and maintain a professional quality sign facing the premises parking lot(s) that read as follows: NO LOITERING, NO LITTERING, NO DRINKING OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES VIOLATORS ARE SUBJECT TO ARREST The sign shall be at least two feet square with two inch block lettering. The sign shall be in English and Spanish.
Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 72 hours of being applied.
The boundaries of the patio will be clearly defined and designated by physical barriers to separate it from the public sidewalk and adjacent private property which is not under the exclusive control of the licensee(s). These barriers and boundaries, as approved and designated on the ABC-257 dated 10/22/2019, shall not be changed without prior approval of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
The petitioner(s) shall post and maintain a professional quality sign no smaller than 11" X 14" at all exits of said patio, which reads: NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT
