The licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will be present in the patio at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on patio and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.

Sales and delivery of alcoholic beverages to customers for consumption on this patio shall be made directly from a waiter or waitress. No self-service of alcoholic beverages will be permitted.

The boundaries of this patio will be clearly defined and designated by physical barriers to separate it from the public sidewalk and adjacent private property which is not under the control of the licensee. The barriers and boundaries shall not be changed without prior approval of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

Sign(s) shall be conspicuously posted a the exit of the patio area stating "No alcoholic beverages beyond this point". Said sign(s) shall be no less than 9"x11" and shall contain lettering at least one inch in height.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM each day of the week.
