Operating Restrictions:

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. each day of the week.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

Beer or malt beverages in containers of less than 24 oz. shall not be sold in quantities of less than six per sale.

Beer coolers and wine coolers in containers of 16 oz or less cannot be sold by single containers, but must be sold in manufacturer pre-packaged multi-unit quantities.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 08/22/19 and ABC-253 dated 08/22/19.

The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 08/22/19 and ABC-253 dated 08/22/19.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 48 hours of being applied.

There shall be no amusement machines or video game devices in the premises at any time.

No wine shall be sold with an alcohol content of greater than 15% by volume except for "Dinner Wines" which have been aged two years or more and maintained in corked bottles.

Petitioner(s) shall police the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons about the premises as depicted on ABC-253, dated 08/22/19.

"No loitering" signs shall be posted on any property adjacent to the licensed premises, under the control of the licensee. Such signs shall measure no less than 7" X 11" and the lettering shall be no less than 1" in height.

The licensee shall keep the property, adjacent to the licensed premises and under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on ABC-253, dated 08/22/19, clear of newspaper racks, benches, pay telephones, bicycle racks, and any other objects which may encourage loitering.
