Operating Restrictions:

At all times during normal meal hours, during which the licensee is exercising the privileges of the applied for license, said licensee shall offer meals consistent with what is customarily offered during said meal period. Normal meals are considered to be at lease, but not limited to: Breakfast, 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Lunch, 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; Dinner, 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control.

The petitioner shall not allow its patrons or the general public to loiter or congregate on any sidewalks adjacent to the licensed premises.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

The licensee(s) or employee(s) of the licensee(s) will monitor the patio(s), at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed, to ensure that the premises will operate in compliance of all applicable laws and/or conditions.

Service of alcoholic beverages on the patio area will be made by waiter/waitress service only.

The licensee(s) will erect and maintain sign(s) at all entrance/exits of the patio(s) prohibiting the removal of alcoholic beverages.
