Petitioner(s) shall actively monitor the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons on any property adjacent to the licensed premises as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-253.

When the said patio area of the premises is being utilized for the sales, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages, a premises employee shall be in attendance and maintain continuous supervision at all times of said area.

No noise shall be audible at any nearby residences.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit points of the premises area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages on said patio area shall be restricted to waiter/waitress service and only to patrons seated at a table.
