Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 7:00AM and 9:00PM each day of the week.

The monthly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the gross sales of food during the same period. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a monthly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.
