Operating Restrictions:

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control.

Loitering (loitering is defined as "to stand idly about; linger aimlessly without lawful business") is prohibited on any sidewalks or property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s).

No noise shall be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensees.

The interior lighting maintained therein shall be sufficient to make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons and patrons in that portion of the premises where alcoholic beverages are sold, served, delivered, or consumed.

There shall be no coin-operated video amusement devices that would constitute gambling, or represent and or stimulate any game of chance.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall only be permitted from 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. each day of the week.

At all times when the premises is open for business, the sale of alcoholic beverages shall be made only in conjunction with the sale of food.

The licensee shall comply with the provisions of Section 23038 of the Business and Professions Code and acknowledges that incidental, sporadic, or infrequent sales of meals or a mere offering of meals without actual sales shall not be deemed sufficient to consider the premises in compliance with the aforementioned code section.

During normal meal hours the premises shall be designed and used for and must possess the necessary utensils, table service, and condiment dispensers with which to serve meals to the public.

The monthly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sales of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a monthly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

There shall be no amplified music on the premises between the hours of 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. each day of the week.

There shall be no live entertainment permitted at the premises between the hours of 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. each day of the week.
