Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. each day of the week.

Live entertainment provided shall be limited to disk jockey and karaoke. No noise from said entertainment shall be heard from the exterior of the premises in any direction.

A single jukebox or stereo may be maintained upon the premises; however, the music shall not be audible outside the premises.

Trash shall not be emptied into outside trash container between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. each day of the week
