Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 am and Midnight from Sunday through Thursday, and 10:00 am and 01:00 am on Friday and Saturday.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

There shall be no amusement machines or video game devices in the premises at any time.

There shall be no live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows.

A single jukebox or stereo may be maintained upon the premises; however, the music shall not be audible outside the premises.

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on PATIO/TERRACE, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.

No "happy hour" type or reduced price alcoholic beverage promotion shall be allowed.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

Loitering is prohibited on or around these premises or this area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 06-27-2019 and ABC-253 dated 06-27-2019.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 06-27-2019 and ABC-253 dated 06-27-2019.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 24 hours of being applied.
