Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in or on the sidewalk seating area only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. each day of the week.

Petitioner(s) shall actively monitor the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons on any property adjacent to the licensed premises as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-253.

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages on said sidewalk seating area shall be restricted to waiter/waitress service and only to patrons seated at a table.

When the said sidewalk seating area of the premises is being utilized for the sales, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages, a premises employee shall be in attendance and maintain continuous supervision at all times of said area.

Entertainment shall not be audible at any nearby residences located within 100 feet of the premises as defined by California Code of Regulations, Rule 61.4.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said sidewalk dining area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.
