Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. each day of the week.

At all times when the premises is open for business, the sales of alcoholic beverages shall be incidental to the sales of foods.

The premises shall be maintained as a bona fide restaurant and shall provide a menu containing an assortment of foods normally offered in such restaurants.

There shall be no bar or lounge area upon the licensed premises maintained for the purpose of, or allowing, the sales or service directly to patrons.

The sales of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is prohibited.
