Operating Restrictions:

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records, which reflect separately the gross sales of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in or on the patio along Grape Street only between the hours of 6:00am and 10:00pm Sunday through Thursday and 6:00am and 11:00pm Friday and Saturday and in or on the patio along Fern Street only between the hours of 6:00am and 10:00pm each day of the week.

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on patio area(s), and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.

Windows in the front patio along Fern Street shall be kept closed after 10:00 PM each day of the week.
