Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in the patio area only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight Sunday through Saturday.

There shall be no live entertainment permitted at any time on the area designated as "patio", on the ABC 257, dated 01/25/2019.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 01/25/2019.

The premises shall be maintained as a Bona Fide Eating Place and shall provide a menu containing an assortment of foods normally offered in such restaurants.

The licensee shall comply with the provisions of Section 23038 of the Business and Professions Code and acknowledge that incidental, sporadic or infrequent sales of meals or a mere offering of meals without actual sales shall not be deemed sufficient to consider the premises in compliance with the aforementioned code section.

The monthly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sales of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a monthly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

No noise shall be audible beyond the area under control of the licensee.

Petitioner(s) shall not permit their patrons or the general public to loiter or congregate on the sidewalks adjacent to the licensed premises.
