The designated kitchen-facility trailer, VIN #5WKBE2221G1038436, is to remain the permanent kitchen for the licensed premises and is to be positioned within the permanent elevated wooden patio, as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257

Full and complete meals must be offered and made available to patrons from the designated kitchen-facility trailer at all times the premises is exercising the privileges of its alcoholic beverage license, with the exception of the last ½ hour of operation each day.

The designated kitchen-facility trailer is only permitted to move from the licensed premises when the premises is closed for business to allow for maintenance, cleaning and sanitation.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records, which reflect separately the gross sales of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

Petitioner(s) shall actively monitor the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons on any property adjacent to the licensed premises as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-253.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

Said patio area shall be fully enclosed with a fixed barrier.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patio area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.
