Operating Restrictions:

During normal meal hours the premises shall be designed and used for and must possess the necessary utensils, table service, and condiment dispensers with which to serve meals to the public.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control.

Petitioner(s) shall not allow their patrons or the general public to loiter or congregate on the sidewalks or any property adjacent to their licensed premises.

No noise shall be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s).

The licensee(s) shall post and maintain on the premises and in the parking lot used in conjunction therewith, notices or signs, no less than 18 inches by 24 inches in size, clearly visible to the patrons of the licensee and parking lot, and to persons on the public sidewalk, stating in two inch block lettering the following: NO LOITERING IS ALLOWED ON OR IN FRONT OF THESE PREMISES

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

There will be no dancing allowed on the premises.

Live entertainment provided shall be limited to Karaoke. No noise from said entertainment shall be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall only be permitted between the hours of 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily.

Any time premises is providing live entertainment (as described in Condition 10), the petitioners shall provide one (1) uniformed security guard, certified by the Department of Consumer Affairs, to maintain order therein and prevent any activity which would interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property by nearby residents.
