Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 05:00 pm to 12 midnight, Monday to Thursday. 05:00 pm to 02:00am Friday, 08:00 am to 02:00 am Saturday and 08:00 am to 12 Midnight on Sunday.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in or on the patio area only between the hours of permitted only between the hours of 05:00 pm to 12 midnight, Monday to Friday, and 08:00 am to 12 midnight, Saturday and Sunday.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records, which reflect separately the gross sales of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

Full and complete meals must be offered and made available at all times the premises is exercising the privileges of its alcoholic beverage license, with the exception of the last ½ hour of operation each day.

The licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will be present in or on the patio areas at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed.

When the said patio areas of the premises are being utilized for the sales, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages, a premises employee shall be in attendance and maintain continuous supervision at all times of said area.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257.

Petitioner(s) shall actively monitor the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons on any property adjacent to the licensed premises as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-253.
