Operating Restrictions:

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 7:00 am and 2:00 am each day of the week.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee. There shall be adequate number of signs posted prohibiting the consumption of any alcoholic beverage on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee, in compliance with the Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 41.27c and 41.27(h).

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

Cups or glasses may only be availble or sold in quantities of 12 or more.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 48 hours of being applied.

The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.

Loitering, begging, or soliciting for employment shall not be allowed in the establishment premises or that area adjacent to the premises over which they have control. It shall be the responsibility of the licensee to ensure that these activities do not occur.

There shall be no coin operated games or video machines permitted on the premises at any time.
