Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. each day of the week.

Full and complete meals must be offered and made available at all times the premises is exercising the privileges of its alcoholic beverage license, with the exception of the last ½ hour of operation each day.

Petitioner(s) shall actively monitor the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons on any property adjacent to the licensed premises as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-253.

The licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will be present in or on the patio/terrace/other area at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed.

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages on said patio shall be restricted to waiter/waitress service and only to patrons seated at a table.

Said patio/terrace/other area shall be fully enclosed with a fixed barrier and shall have only 2 (two) entrance/exit point(s).

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patio/terrace/other area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.

No patron will be permitted to carry an alcoholic beverage from interior portion of the premises to said patio, nor from said patio/terrace/other area to the interior portion of the premises.
