Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 5-08-2018.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 5-08-2018.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 5-08-2018.

Loitering is prohibited on or around these premises or this area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 5-08-2018.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

The front and rear doors shall be kept closed 7:00 pm - 2:00 am daily, during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergency, to permit deliveries, and to allow patrons to enter and exit the premises.

Any time the premises is providing entertainment and/or dancing, the petitioner shall provide a security guard in the premises and a security guard at the front door of the premises. The security guard inside of the premises shall maintain order therein, and the security guard at the frond door shall prevent any activity in and around the premises under the control of the petitioner which would interfere with the quiet enjoyment of property by nearby residents. The petitioner shall be responsible for maintaining order within the licensed premises as well as maintaining order of any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the petitioner.

Security personnel shall wear distinctive clothing so as to identify them as security.

Petitioner shall post a sign at the entrance of the premises and a sign stating, "Patrons please park in the spaces in the business district. Do not park in the residential neighborhoods. Your car may be ticketed and towed."
