Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight daily.

Full and complete meals must be served whenever the privileges of the license are being exercised.

Noise shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257, dated 7/9/18.

The monthly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control.

Loitering (loitering is defined as "to stand idly about; linger aimlessly without lawful business") is prohibited on or around these premises or this area under the control of the licensee(s).

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 72 hours of being applied. If the graffiti occurs on a Friday, a weekend, or a holiday, the licensee shall remove the graffiti within 72 hours of the next weekday.

The exterior of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.
