No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 5-31-2018.

The applicant shall post signs, in compliance with Section 41.7(e)of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, on the outside of the premises notifying the public of the provisions of Section 41.27(d) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, in both English and Spanish. "It is a violation of 41.27(d) Los Angeles Municipal Code to possess any bottle, can or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverage, which has been opened, or a seal broken, or the contents of which have been partially removed, on or adjacent to these premises."

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 5-31-2018.

No narcotics paraphernalia or related items are to be sold or distributed at the location.

There shall be no cups, glasses, or similar receptacles commonly used for the drinking of beverages, sold, furnished, or given away at the petitioner's premises in quantities of less than twenty-four in their original multi-container package.

No wine shall be sold with an alcohol content of greater than 15% by volume and in containers of less than 750 ml, except for wine which have been aged two years or more and the bottle is corked.

All ice shall be sold at or about prevailing prices in the area and in quantities of not less than five pounds per sale and shall not be given away free.

There shall be no coin-operated video games permitted on the premises at any time.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 72 of being applied.

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 pm each day of the week.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

The applicant shall provide adequate lighting above the entrance to the premises. The lighting shall be sufficient strength to make visible the identity and actions of all persons entering or exiting the premises.
